Problems with registration

I connect to the TM-server and click the link there. But when i plug in step 2. then it says I didn't do step one. Help?

We are busy to solve the problem, you'll have to go back to the server as the database is updated

This problem has reappeared.

I saw in info that registration is still open, I joined server, I filled the form and... Step 1 Failure. O_O I know there is few time left to sign up :/
